We're Upgrading Our Clinical System

From Monday 23rd November 2026 until Friday 27th November 2026

Please order your medication early

During this week, we will be unable to process repeat prescription requests as the systems are being transferred. This means, if you are due to reorder your medication in November then please order your medication in plenty of time before Monday 16th November 2026. This is to allow us time to process all prescriptions before we lose access to our system. 

Thinking of joining our practice?

We won't be able to register new patients during the changeover period.

If you are planning to join the practice, please submit your registration application before Monday 16th November 2026 otherwise your forms will be kept aside until we have access to our new system. 

Urgent medical care will continue

Our team will continue to provide care for urgent medical problems throughout the system change. Routine appointments and administrative requests will be postponed until the new system is fully operational. This also means that our advanced appointments will not be available to book from Monday 16th November 2026.
